Previous Troubleshooting Tip: Cloudy Water

• Test your pool or spa water for high total alkalinity and high pH levels
• Adjust to pH level of 7.4 with ​ pH Minus
• Use Ultra Clarifier to aid in removing particles
• Another possible cause could be high levels of hard water/minerals in your water
• To lower hardness levels you need to drain at least half the water from the pool or spa and refill; check your water out of the tap for hardness to compare it to pool water before draining
• For prevention use Metal and Calcium Eliminator or Stain and Scale Inhibitor
